About 2live Psychotherapy

At 2live Psychotherapy, Leona provides psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families in a supportive, confidential, and collaborative environment.

Her work is grounded in an integrative, relational, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirmative approach, with therapy tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs.

Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, attachment-informed practice, and creative therapies, Leona supports clients experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, burnout, and life transitions.

Therapy at 2live Psychotherapy focuses on creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, build emotional resilience, and develop greater self-awareness and wellbeing.

Alongside private practice, 2live Psychotherapy also provides online therapy, workplace wellbeing support, psychoeducation, and mental health training for organisations.
